The Niederösterreichische Verkehrsorganisationsges.m.b.H. (NÖVOG) is a railway company for public and tourist transport. Its aim is to establish regional transport for the residents of the regions as well as to offer tourists an attractive range of leisure activities. For this reason, NÖVOG also maintains a number of historic rail vehicles at the depot in Gmünd, which are used to provide the regular timetable. On the routes to Groß Gerungs and Litschau, in addition to the 2095 series diesel locomotives, the Mh.4 is also used regularly.
