The locomotive is decorated with dynamic game scenes, the flags of some of the participating countries as well as other European elements. The Taurus locomotive is used for hauling ÖBB Railjet trains in Austria, Germany and Switzerland.

Czechoslovakian State Railways (CSD) diesel locomotive, road number T 679.1266, also known under the nickname "Taigatrommel" / "Taiga Drum". Includes Soviet design muffler, intake grille with vertical fins and cooling vents with a grill. The locomotive looks as it did in 1980.
