The prototype is situated in Krakow am See and is finely detailed. With an optional flat-roofed extension and separate basement access through the entrance hall. Wall lamps are included. Additional parts can be combined with a group of buildings from No. 11 380 Neupreussen station to create a booking hall with goods shed.
When using track with built-in trackbed, compensate for the extra height with the base.

Authentic historical model
Slate-roofed multi-family house with half-timbered gable and shed. The back entrance is covered by the set-back ground floor. The woodwork in the rear is particularly striking. Aerial, water pump and bench are included.
This most attractive half-timbered structure matches our Klingenberg-Colmnitz station 11 346. Lamps, loudspeaker, sirens and clocks are included.

Single family house with dormer window, wooden gables and balcony. An arbour is included for the terrace. Garage and terrace walls are faced in natural stone. Garage features a moving door and cupboard, tyres and watering can. Fences, walls and rainwater barrels are also included.
Two buildings in typical Prussian style. The main building can be used either as the yard administration or as living quarters for the employees. The cellar entrance is especially attractive. Wheelbarrow and shovels are included. Separate storage space is available for every resident in the shed, which has multiple doors.
The colours of the glorious facades of the three- and four-storey houses combine wonderfully. The filigree balcony on the three-storey house is another superb ornament. Decorative accessories and flower pots are included.
Elegant simplicity in the complement to our models of Nos. 10 to 29 Schmidt Street. The front, gable and rear facades are entirely of brick. The many details include lamps and back yards with clotheslines and dustbins.
Residence and office building as a colour variant of the corner house Schmidtstraße 11. The models Schmidt Street 10 and 13 to 29 provide the option of modelling an entire streetscape, including filigree stucco facades.
The stucco walls are decorated with brick edging. Ramps on the road and track sides. Extension on the other gable. Lamps and sacks included. Doors can be opened.
